Sealed bids will be received by the Belmont County Board of Commissioners at the Commissioner’s Office, Belmont County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950 until 11:00 A.M. (Local Time), Wednesday, August 6, 2025 for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and other incidentals and all tasks necessary for Belmont County Engineer’s PROJECT #25-7: BEL-CR120-0.38/0.42/0.46 SLIDE REPAIR, then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. This project is to repair roadway embankment failures on CR120 (Douglass Road) with drilled soldier pile and concrete lagging retaining walls and associated road repairs.
Copies of specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Commissioners’ office between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. daily, Monday thru Friday.
