NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Maine Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency

Management (DVEM) wishes to procure architectural/

engineering design services for the the Horizon Inn Renovation, at

the Maine Air National Guard Base, Bangor, Maine.

Qualifications packages are due at 1:00 p.m. on March 5, 2026, as

stated in the RFQ.

Scope of services involves all architectural and engineering disciplines

required to design a complete interior renovations as well as required

exterior repairs for a three-story, 21,219 sq ft facility that is over 40

years old.
