Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF ST. JOSEPH, MO PARKS, RECREATION, AND CIVIC FACILITIES HYDE PARK MAINTENANCE BUILDING Bid #RFP2025-38 The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to construct a maintenance storage building at Hyde Park. Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 3:00 P.M. on January 21, 2025. A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit for this project will be held at 10:00am on January 7, 2025, located at the proposed building site in Hyde Park, 402 E. Hyde Park Ave., St. Joseph, Missouri. The proposal request may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, 1100 Frederick Avenue, Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri or by calling (816) 271-5330.   Bid Opportunities may also be viewed on the City’s Website at www.stjosephmo.gov under Government/Bids & RFPs.
