Project Details	The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Design and Construction Group (D&C), acting on behalf of the OGS Division of Real Estate, is requesting Letters of Interest from experienced architectural and engineering (A/E) firms. The selected firm will provide comprehensive consulting, design, bid, and construction phase services for the renovation of Building 24 and Dorm Buildings A & B, located at the Harriman Campus in Albany, New York. The scope of work includes detailed design, development of specifications, field surveys, cost estimating, and construction administration and support. Interior renovations for Dorm Buildings A & B will involve abatement and complete gutting and rebuilding of dormitories, showers, restrooms, and associated systems including HVAC, lighting, ceilings, and flooring. Exterior improvements for all three buildings will consist of new EPDM roofing, removal of existing masonry, installation of new metal panel cladding, and replacement of windows and doors. This will be a multiphase project, with construction anticipated to proceed one dorm building at a time.
