The City of Waterbury has identified an existing former church to be converted into a Community Health Resource Center, located at 24 Branch Street in Waterbury, CT.

There will be a NON Mandatory Site Visit and Information Session with respect to this RFP at 10:00AM on June 16, 2026 assembling at the Lobby of the Waterbury Community Health Resource Center (former St. Lucy’s Church), 24 Branch Street, Waterbury, CT 06704. This meeting is only open to representatives of companies who attended the original mandatory meeting on May 27, 2026.
