The Bradley Project Management Committee (BPMC) invites proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms to provide legal representation in Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) docket U-25-028, the matter addressing the Railbelt Transmission Organization and its Open Access Transmission Tariff.  The BPMC is currently party to the RCA proceeding and is seeking new counsel.
