Description: The City of Framingham is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the printing, stuffing, and mailing of quarterly real estate and personal property tax bills as well as yearly demand for Real Estate, Personal Property and Water. RFP documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet portal www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham Please register your company to obtain these documents RFP documents will be available on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 after 10:00 AM on Bidnet.   Proposals shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, and waive any minor informalities and technicalities.
