Description: Please quote the following materials, as per the specifications noted below, for furnishing to the Department of Public Service of the City of Wadsworth for the period April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. The following conditions apply to the quote and/or to any vendor: pricing to be honored for the period April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027 (vendor must note any pricing that is for less than that one year period); vendor is responsible for notifying the City of Wadsworth of any change in pricing prices quoted as 'delivered' must include any and all additional costs for fuel surcharges, freight or other additional fees required for delivery to 311 Broad Street, Wadsworth, OH 44281 prices quoted as 'at plant' or 'at yard' should state the location of the material being specified. quantities shown are approximate only; actual quantities will depend on the requirements of the Department of Public Service payment will be made for items as outlined below, and per unit items will be paid per unit price as delivered and accepted by the City; vendor is aware and agrees that payment for any materials purchased may take up to 45 days the City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and/or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the quotes received the City intends on purchasing services from the lowest and/or best bidder for each quote item for the duration of the proposal but reserves the right to purchase from other/multiple bidders, subject to the quality of materials, needs, availability, and location of vendor for pick-up or delivery awards in excess of $5000.00 require action by the City of Wadsworth Board of Control Quote requested by March 18th at 1:00 pm Questions regarding specifications for the materials listed below may be directed to Matthew G. Hiscock at 330-335-2708. Delivery of said materials will be to 311 Broad Street, Wadsworth, OH 44281. Invoices for said materials must be authorized by the City of Wadsworth, include a purchase order number (as supplied by the City of Wadsworth), and be mailed to 120 Maple Street, Wadsworth, OH 44281.
