Overview

Summary

Monroe County School District is seeking proposals for spalling repairs to our Administration building per engineering plans. In addition to the spalling repairs the stairs will be removed and replaced with pre-fabricated and engineered metal type stairs per architectural plans. Work for this project includes inspection, general construction and repair work. This is to be a complete turnkey project. The selected contractor will be required to furnish all labor and materials required to fully complete the Work in conformance with the technical specifications prepared by Artibus Design.
