Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Charter Township of Waterford, Michigan Charter Township of Waterford Riverwalk Connection General Notice Charter Township of Waterford (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Charter Township of Waterford Riverwalk Connection (DLZ No. 2445-7809-00) Bid No. 25-07 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Charter Township of Waterford Hall located at 5200 Civic Center Drive, Waterford, Michigan 48329, until Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 2:00 local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside the following, Attention: Kim Markee, Township Clerk Sealed Bid for: Charter Township of Waterford – Riverwalk Connection and shall clearly show the name of the submitter. The Project includes the following Work: The project, of which the Work under the contract documents is a part, is generally described as follows: Removal and replacement of approximately 20 Syd of sidewalk and installation of 600 Syd of HMA pathway connecting the existing Riverwalk pathway to the Crescent Lake Road sidewalk.
