Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. Replace the hot-water boiler in the building with three smaller boilers.

SPWD Project #: 26-B050-2669

Estimated Cost Range: $333,000 to $433,000

Liquidated Damages: $500 per day

Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractors Equipment (including any equipment for the job), Installation Floater, and Builder's Risk will be required. Rigger's Liability will be required if a crane is used. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information and in compliance with the requirements set forth here: https://www.unr.edu/bcn-nshe/risk/contracts.

Special Considerations:

Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "September 14, 2026" and shall be fully complete by "November 20, 2026."
