NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract MANAGED SERVICE
PROVIDER FOR DUPAGE ROE 26-010-ROE on or before January 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting proposals electronically at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Proposals do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Proposals transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.
Proposal openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

The County of DuPage (“County”) seeks a qualified Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver
comprehensive Information Technology (IT) management and support services for the DuPage Regional Office of Education (ROE). The awarded MSP will work in close collaboration with the ROE Director of Technology to support, enhance, and modernize the ROE’s technology ecosystem.
