Description: The Westford Water Department is accepting sealed bids from responsible and responsive parties for water distribution materials and supplies, for the 2027 Fiscal Year (July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027). Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at www.westfordma.gov/bids.aspx or at the Westford Water Department, 60 Forge Village Road, Westford, MA 01886 on or after 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.  Office hours are Monday through Thursday between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Friday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM, excluding legal holidays. Sealed bids shall be addressed to the Westford Water Department, 60 Forge Village Road, Westford, MA  01886 and marked "Bid for Water Distribution Supplies and Materials”.  Bids will be accepted at the Westford Water Department until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.  Late bids will not be accepted.  Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted.
