Description: The County of Greene, Virginia, invites qualified engineering firms to submit proposals for providing professional engineering services on an “as needed” basis for an initial period of one (1) year with an option for four (4) additional one-year extensions. Sealed proposals, subject to the specifications and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received in the Greene County Administration Building, County Administration Office, until, but no later than, 2 p.m. local time prevailing on February 12, 2026. A selection committee shall evaluate the proposals and rank the firms.
