Project Description: Proposals for the following item for the City of Erie will be received via PennBid (https://pennbid.net/) until 10:00 am, prevailing local time on Monday, June 22, 2026:

These projects are subject to coverage under the Davis-Bacon and related acts. Contractor’s bidding shall comply with the City of Erie’s MBE and WBE Policy.
Bids shall be made upon the official Pricing Section - Bid Table on PennBid.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a Corporate Surety Bond, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Certificate of Deposit in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
