Project Description: GRANT WRITING AND IMPLEMENTATION. The Austin Port Authority, Austin, MN, is seeking qualified environmental services for grant writing and implementation of an EPA Brownfield Cleanup Grant. An EPA Community Wide Assessment grant was utilized to evaluate the future commercial/industrial site for contamination in 2024. The deadline to submit a proposal is July 14, 2025.
