IT Managed Services

Request for Proposal For Information Technology Managed Services

The County of Montcalm is seeking proposals for Information Technology Managed Services to serve as a business partner in the delivery of managed IT and Cybersecurity services. Qualified Vendors must be: 1. Insured to the County requirements 2. Experienced and qualified managed services Vendor 3. Certified in applicable cybersecurity certifications for security program management and data analysis. 4. Have the names of all personnel on file with LEIN Services of Michigan State Police as having passed background check.

All proposals must be submitted in electronic or hard copy form. If hard copies are submitted, please submit three (3) hard copies in a sealed envelope and clearly label with Vendor’s name on the outside of the envelope, no later than: 1:00pm on Monday, March 16, 2026 Public Opening of bids at 1:05pm on March 16th.
