ADVERSTISMENT TO BID


Sealed bids for HS Gym Cooling Addition will be received by Sidney Public
Schools, at 101 S Central Ave, Sidney, MT 59270 (mailing address) until 12:00
p.m., local time, on February 7, 2025. Mailed/Shipped bids must allow for
sufficient time to be delivered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at
the Sidney Public Schools board meeting on February, 9th 2025.


Bids shall be submitted per requirements and form provided within the Contract

A recommended PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH January 28th 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at High
School Administration Offices.


The Project consists of work as follows: Replacement of the (2) gas fired makeup
air units on the roof the of main gym with new packaged rooftop units.
Additionally a third unit will be added. Work shall include electrical
modifications, building temperature controls addition, roof patching, ceiling
tile work and the addition of structural steel to support weight of new
equipment.


No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the
scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the Instructions to
Bidders.


The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all
irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any
and all irregularities or informalities.
