Solicitation # 25-DPWT-140112 April 03, 2025 03: 00 PM February 03, 2025 04: 30 PM The St. Mary's County Government, Department of Public Works and Transportation is seeking qualified contractors to provide sealed bids with competitive pricing for the demolition and construction of the St. Clement’s Island Museum located in Coltons Point Maryland, in accordance with this Solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting to answer questions about preparing and submitting your bid will be held on Wednesday February 19th at 10am via Microsoft Teams.

A Site Visit will be held at the St. Clement’s Island Museum 38370 Point Breeze Rd, Coltons Point, MD 20626 on Thursday February 20th at 10am.

Attendance to both is strongly encouraged but not required to bid.

Final Questions about this project will be received in writing through close of business on Wednesday March 19th.
