Summary

Baltimore County, Maryland, Purchasing Division is seeking Bids for Rural Reforestation . Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd , no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 .

Background

The successful on-call Contractor(s) will be requested to assist the Baltimore County Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) with implementation of reforestation projects for application of the County’s Chesapeake Bay Watershed TMDL Plan, Tree Canopy Goals, and Forest Conservation Act.

Services requested from the Contractor awarded this contract include site preparation, tree planting, and site and tree maintenance for the duration of the warranty period as directed by the County and in conformance with County-prepared planting plans
