Delta Township WRRF, 7000 W Willow Hwy, Lansing, MI 48917

Description

Boiler Replacement Description: Remove one 1,100,000 btu/hr boiler and one 900,000 btu/hr boiler and replace with two (2) 1,528,000 btu/hr boilers for digester tanks. Work includes disconnecting natural gas pipes, water service line, exhaust ductwork, and electrical from existing boiler tanks and any minor modification or re-working of services and concrete equipment pads for new boiler fitment and connections.
Primary Clarifier Mechanism Replacement Description: Work includes removal and replacement of existing scum skimmer troughs, scum trough operating levers, sludge screw conveyor cross collector mechanisms, screw conveyor drive units, and rectangular collector mechanisms in each of the four (4) primary clarifier tanks.
