Bidder may provide pricing for bothvirgin and recycled Class 5 gravel. Delivered prices shall be FOB destination; bidder is responsible formaterial until delivered.AWARD: Successful bidder will be awarded a blanket order for calendar year 2026, with four (4) one-year renewal options by mutual agreement. Prices are to remain firm through 2026; price changesmay be allowed in each subsequent year with verifiable justification for change and a 30-day writtennotice of change. City may reject any price increase and rebid. Quantities in bid form are estimatesonly and not a guarantee.BIDS: All bids must be complete, signed, and transmitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with thebid number, subject matter, and opening date.Bids may be mailed to the Purchasing Office, City Hall, 411 West 1st Street, Room 120, Duluth, MN 55802or dropped off in person at the same address. EMAILED BIDS ARE NOT ALLOWED.Bids must be received in Purchasing before the bid deadline specified above. The City Purchasing Agentor her designee will conduct a public bid opening immediately following receipt of the bids. In-person bidopenings are not occurring. Insurance – Contractor must provide proof of Commercial Liability and Automobile Liability Insurancewith limits not less than $1,500,000 Single Limit prior to the commencement of work.
