Project Description: RFP 25-26-24 Engineering Design Services for the Cross Valley Corridor Project Deadline: 03/19/2026 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is seeking proposals for civil engineering services to complete the design of the Cross Valley Corridor Transit Prioritization project. This project is being funded by a Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program grant obtained by the Tulare County Association of Governments. The project will be administered by the City of Visalia. This is a public works project, subject to prevailing wages, registration with the DIR and other State and Federal requirements as stated in the Bid Document and specifications.
