The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from all qualified respondents to provide Garey Park Phase II - Improvements located at 6450 Leander RD/FM 2243, Georgetown, Texas 78628.

The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction Garey Park Phase II - Improvements located at 6450 Leander RD/FM 2243, Georgetown, Texas 78628.


Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before January 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.

Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening.  Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Court, 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.

SITE VISIT

The project site located at Garey Park, 6450 Leander RD/FM 2243, Georgetown Texas 78628 will be available on January 7, 2025, between 9am -12pm for inspection by prospective proposers.

Garey Park is a pay for entry park. Site visits are available during normal business hours. Entry fees will be waived if proposer provides the proposal number on arrival.

Garey House is a rental facility, and entry is not permitted except on January 7, 2025, between 9AM -12PM for inspection by prospective proposers.
