Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation No. 7571PS26Q00024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for four (4) Nursing Assistants to provide non-personal health care services for the Indian Health Service’s Jicarilla Service Unit (JSU) located in Dulce, NM.

This acquisition is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

(ii) See attached RFQ and/or Fillable Table for Contract Line Items (CLINs).

(iii) See attached RFQ for description of requirements.

‘Instructions to Quoters" begins on pg. 19.

(iv) Nursing Assistant services to be provided for the following Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) facility:

(vii) Quotes will be accepted via email to Deborah.blyveis.gov until 3:00 pm ET on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Please submit questions no later than 3:00 pm ET on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

(viii) This is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside.
