Description: The City of Melissa is requesting qualifications from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services to the City to create a Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan. The selected firm will have proven experience and knowledge in park and recreation planning, project management, and effective public involvement processes and work closely with City staff, the Melissa Community & Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC), and City Council in preparing the plan. More information and specifications can be found in the attached document. The solicitation, submittal receipt, evaluation and final decision selection will substantially conform to this schedule.
