Description: ADVERTISEMENT Sealed bids for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet St., Andover, Massachusetts 01810, until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.  The time received will be stamped on each bid and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time. ITEMBID OPENING IFB No. 410/007/26                                                                          September 11, 2025 Annual Paving Preservation Program                                                     11:00 AM MASS DOT Pre-Qualification of contractors with the class of work as PAVEMENT - SURFACING, for the project with an estimated value of $273,600. X 3 = $820,800., will be required. Bid Documents and bid forms may be obtained on the Central Purchasing Department webpage located at www.andoverma.gov/bids . A bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid will be required. Andover is an affirmative action/equal opportunity purchaser.
