Description: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Design-build construction Pitt County, NC, is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Design-Build Contractors to provide the planning, design, permitting, and construction of a new approximately 1,600-square-foot spay/neuter clinic located at 4550 County Home Road, Greenville, North Carolina. The County has established a project budget of $550,000 for the project. The County anticipates proceeding with the project upon selection and contract execution with the successful Design-Build Contractor, with substantial completion expected no later than December 2027. If the Contractor desires to use subcontractors that do not meet all the technical and managerial qualifications, then the Consultant must identify subcontractors and be willing to fully accept the responsibility for the subcontractors and to indemnify the County for the Consultants use of the subcontractor. Miscellaneous: Anticipated Schedule All submittals received by the deadline will be evaluated. Submittals received after the deadline will not be evaluated.
