Summary Details Take notice that in accordance with Section 43.4 of the Forest Act , the District Manger of the Selkirk District has offered a replacement forest licence to the holders of the community forest licences in the Selkirk District as listed below. CFA K3D Licence Holder:  Creston Valley Forest Corporation Location:  Selkirk District CFA K4E Licence Holder:  West Boundary Community Forest Inc. Location:  Selkirk District The replacement forest licences have terms of 25 years, specify the same community forest area, and will have substantially the same timber rights as the licences they replace.
