Notes	Nob Hill Street Reconstruction Section II Project includes the construction of streets, side walks, an alley, sanitary sewer lines, and water lines, as well as other related items. The contractor shall furnish and install all materials and supply all necessary labor and equipment for a complete and finished project ready for use and operation by the City. Engineering estimate is $3,500.000.00. An optional to attend pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026  in Conference Room 1W2 at Carrollton City Hall. Pre-bid meeting and general questions are required to be submitted via the IonWave Technologies, Inc. bidding system, and will be accepted until Tuesday, April 28 at 5:30 PM. An addendum addressing all the questions received will be issued no later than 12:00 PM on Friday, May 1st, 2026. Special Note: Prior to submittal of questions related to the Nob Hill Street Reconstruction Section 2 Project bid, please review all the information and instructions provided in the Contract Documents and Specifications manual.
