Summary

VTA seeks proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each, a “Proposer”) to provide architectural, engineering, technical services, and design support during construction (“Services’) for a new Operations Control Center (“OCC”) at the Cerone Bus Division.

Background

VTA will replace the existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) system and OCC with a new state of the art operations command & control center. The new OCC will be located at VTA’s existing Cerone Bus Division at 3990 Zanker Road, San Jose, California and will support both light rail as well as bus operations.

Site Visit Instructions:
•        Proposers should park their vehicles in parking spaces before the Security building.
•        Proposers should wear high visibility safety vests.
•        Proposers should not wear open-toed shoes or sandals.
•        Proposers are allowed to use photography equipment to take photographs of the site.
