The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept sealed bids via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/villageofschaumburg ) for 2024-IFB-095 , Moving and Relocation Services for Atcher Municipal Center to be received no later than Friday, January 10, 2025 , 10:00 am . Bids submitted after the specified time will not be accepted.

Background

The Village of Schaumburg is going to construct a new village hall at the current location, 101 Schaumburg Court, as part of the FY 26 Capital Improvement Program. To do so, the current facility contents and occupants will need to be relocated to a temporary facility located at 1000 E. Woodfield Road. Moving and relocation services will be contracted to the lowest responsible bidder as a result of the invitation to bid.
