Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, City of Binghamton, City Hall, 2 ^nd Floor, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York, 13901, until 10:30am on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the 11:00am meeting for the following work.

Terminal Pump Station Upgrade

For the contract documents and plans, please call the Office of the City Engineer, (607) 772-7007, to coordinate pick-up. Copies may be obtained by a $50.00, non-refundable, payment (check or money order, payable to the City of Binghamton) per disk.

NOTE: A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and site visit will be held Tuesday March 10, 2026 at 10:00am.

IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to have attended one of the pre-bid meetings to bid the project!
