Cecil County, Maryland, is requesting proposals for the "Inmate Telephone System” as specified within the Scope of Work from qualified firms, individuals, etc., having specific experience identified in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The objective of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified contractors with whom the County can contract for installation and operation of an Inmate Telephone System as described in the specifications attached and any Federal, State and Local requirements.
