INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL ON RFPMSU invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide a modern, comprehensivesolution to support the management of continuing education, professional development, andnon-credit programs. The University seeks a platform designed to improve operationalefficiency, enhance learner engagement, and provide an integrated experience for students,faculty, and administrative staff. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify aproven, higher education–focused partner capable of delivering, implementing, and supportinga solution that aligns with MSU’s commitment for expanding lifelong learning opportunities.3. Any proposed software solution must include pricing for the seamlessmigration of all data from Modern Campus to the new platform, ensuring that no data islost during the transition.5
