Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio, Texas, and its affiliated entities a/k/a Opportunity Home San Antonio (“Opportunity Home” or “Owner”) (formerly d/b/a San Antonio Housing Authority (“SAHA”)) proposes to renovate the exterior and improve the site at Riverside Apartments and is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the work.
