Spring Hill, TN 37174 Attendance at a pre-bid site visit is required for a proposal to be considered valid. The purpose of the visit is to allow bidders to observe existing conditions, verify quantities, and identify any site constraints. Contractors shall be responsible for incorporating all observed conditions into their proposal.
