Project Description

EBMUD is soliciting proposals for street sweeping services for the Main Wastewater Treatment Plant in Oakland, CA, and North Richmond Water Reclamation Plant in Richmond, CA.

Please respond to this RFP no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025. Completed proposal must be submitted via electronic mail (email) to the project manager Erwin Fernand Munasque, Erwin.munasque@ebmud.com .
