The project site is located at Waukee South Middle School, 2350 SE La Grant Parkway, in Waukee, Iowa.

Project includes the removal of approximately 7,050 SY of concrete pavement and the installation of approximately 7,050 SY of driveway/ parking pavement, subgrade preparation, rock subbase, and approximately 1,000 LF of subdrains. Also included is site grading; pavement markings; sodding, landscaping plants, and erosion control.

The site will be available starting June 1st, 2026, for commencement of work. Substantial completion shall be by August 7 ^th , 2026. Final completion shall be by September 11, 2026.
