The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the N. Frio Bike and Pedestrian Improvements (IH-10 – Houston St.) project.

Scope: Construct new 5’ bike lanes and 6’ sidewalks, where feasible, along both sides of N. Frio from IH-10 to VIA Centro Plaza at W. Houston St., including roadway mill and overlay and new pavement markings.
