Description: Scope of Work Drywall Services Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish and install gypsum wallboard systems for a commercial project, including metal studs as required, gypsum board, joint tape, joint compound, corner beads, fasteners, and accessories. Work includes installation of Drywall on walls and ceilings per drawings and specifications, coordination with other trades, and compliance with applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and ASTM standards. All necessary and associated tools, lifts, scaffolding, and safety equipment shall be included. Finish gypsum board surfaces to a combination of Level 3 and Level 4 finish as designated on the drawings or dictated by the on-site superintendent. Level 3 areas are to be fire taped, ready for primer. Level 4 areas are to be finished accordingly and ready for primer and paint. Scope includes taping, finishing, sanding, surface preparation, and protection of completed work until acceptance.
