Notes	The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for Annual Chiller Inspections. The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031. Equipment Specifications can be found in the attachments tab. NOTE: During the term of this contract the chillers below will be replaced, CCHS- The two McQuay chillers that are present will be replaced with two Trane CVHF water cooled chillers Westbrook Int. The three existing Trane chillers will be replaced with two Carrier 19XRV water cooled chillers Gym chillers are McQuay AGZ air cooled chillers that will be replaced with Carrier 30RAP air cooled chillers This RFP is due on Friday, November 15, 2024, by 2:00 PM. Late responses will not be considered. Questions must be received by no later than Tuesday, November 12, 2024, by Noon. All questions will be answered by Addendum and posted in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered. Anticipated Award of this Contract is Monday, December 16, 2024. There will be Five (5) Additional Renewal Options: Initial Term: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026 First Renewal: January, 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 Second Renewal: January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028 Third Renewal: January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2029 Fourth Renewal: January 1, 2029 to December 31, 2030 Final Renewal: January 1, 2030 to December 31, 2031 To be considered a responsive offer, Vendors must REGISTER and RESPOND in Ionwave. No mail-in proposals will be considered.
