Description

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of legal services to the PacWave project from Gaffney Law, PLLC as a sole source due to the special project needs and qualifications that attorney Cherise Gaffney has with respect to the project, the FERC license application and application process, and the resulting FERC license. This sole source is based on the uniqueness of the services, specialty expertise and knowledge, and firsthand experience. An entity may protest this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at Hanna.Emerson@oregonstate.edu by November 14, 2024, 2:00 PM PT.
