The College reserves the right to request financial information, and references for projects of similar size, scope and complexity completed within the past three years
from the bid submission date.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University's Standard Terms and Conditions, the resulting Purchase Order, and the standard Clauses for NYS Contracts (Appendix A).

The restricted period has begun with the Publication of this Advertisement.

The Borough of Manhattan Community College ("College") of the City University of New York is seeking a vendor for the purchase and delivery of Ancillary Medical Equipment for BMCC's Hospital Simulation Center located at 70 Murray Street, NY NY 10007
