Description: Notice is hereby given that the Jefferson County Commissioners will hold a bid opening in the Commissioners meeting room at the Jefferson County Courthouse, Rigby, Idaho on December 22, 2025, 9:00 am, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read on the following: Price per ton for approximately 15,000 (fifteen thousand) tons of 5/8 Inch Aggregate Base Price per ton for approximately 15,000 (fifteen thousand) tons of 3/4 Inch Aggregate Base Price per ton for approximately 5000 (four thousand) tons of Class B-Rural cover coat material All materials will be drawn from the County's Crystal Pit, located at 18 N 3300 East, Rigby. Sealed bids clearly marked with the bidder's name and "Sealed Bid For 2026 Crushing" will be accepted until 5:00 pm, December 18, 2025, at the Jefferson County Commissioner's office, 210 Courthouse Way, Suite 230, Rigby, Idaho 83442, or the Road and Bridge office  located at 290N 4000E Rigby ID 83442. Contract shall be awarded to the bidder submitting the lowest total bid price, provided that the bidder complies with all of the other requirements of this proposal. Bidders must have a current Idaho Public Works License in order to be eligible to bid. Please see the attached documents for further instructions.
