Notes	The Fort Worth Independent School District (herein after referred to as "District") is seeking proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated expertise and experience in providing project management consulting services to oversee the transition and implementation plan, including infrastructure, for electric buses. **NOTICE: The awarded provider(s) resulting from this solicitation will not be eligible to provide any future goods/services (ex: buses, equipment, services, construction) related to this project. CFR 200.319 Competition (b) "To ensure objective contractor performance and eliminate unfair competitive advantage, contractors that develop or draft specifications, requirements, statements of work, or invitations for bids must be excluded from competing on those procurements."
