Description:	•        The vendor shall provide, on an as-needed basis, furnish parts and materials associated with waterworks installations, repairs, and replacements. This includes, but is not limited to, components related to water main repairs, service line installations, and other water system maintenance activities. Deliveries shall be made to the City of Glendora’s Public Works Water Division Yard, located at 1051 E. Sierra Madre Avenue, Glendora, CA 91741. All waterworks parts and associated materials must be new factory-issued and carry full manufacturer warranties. Used “Blems” or refurbished parts will not be accepted under any circumstances. All supplied materials must meet or exceed NSF/ANSI 61 standards for drinking water system components. Prices will be guaranteed for the duration of each fiscal year contract. Any proposed price increase will reflect the aforementioned increase clause agreement and is subject to approval by selected administrator(s).
