Description: The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering and landscape architectural services for the Glenwood Lake Dam Improvements project (i.e. the Project). The Project generally entails the design of dam safety improvements for compliance with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) Dam Safety Program, and additional improvements related to water quality, ecology and landscaping around the dam.
