Project Description: The City of Palm Bay’s Housing and Community Development Division (HCD) is seeking qualified and licensed contractors to participate in the City’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program Contractor Pool. Pre-qualified contractors will be eligible to submit quotes for residential rehabilitation, emergency repair, and demolition/reconstruction projects funded through SHIP. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pool of qualified contractors who demonstrate the technical capacity, experience, and reliability to perform high-quality residential construction in accordance with City, State, and Federal program requirements.
