Addendum #1 to this RFP. Respondents to the RFP must sign and attach the addendum to their proposal by the submission due date.
New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) invites potential respondents to submit proposals for generator maintenance and repair services at specific sites and/or various sites owned and/or managed by NYCEDC and the City of New York across the five boroughs. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for visually inspecting, checking, changing, cleaning, and testing various generator system components, reporting on these inspections, and, when applicable, performing parts replacement and repairs.
NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal. demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
InquiriesRespondents may submit questions and/or request clarifications from NYCEDC no later than 5:00 PM ET on December 5, 2025. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP should be directed to GeneratorMaintenanceRFP@edc.nyc . Answers to all questions will be posted by December 12, 2025. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP will not be accepted after 5:00 PM ET on December 5, 2025, however, technical questions pertaining to downloading and submitting proposals to this RFP may be directed to RFPRequest@edc.nyc on or before December 19, 2025.
